3. How is a Lightpad made?
The very first step of producing a Light Pad is the preparation for the front surface. We use the special acrylic material to make it feel like a glass pane but much stronger. The acrylic is covered on the pane to make the front surface of the Light Pad looks brighter and creates its force-resistance.
After that, we pour glue on the back surface to stick the reference grid on it. You will find it easier for you to see the small symbol on your Diamond Painting with this reference grid.
When finished the front and back surface, we place the led light into our Light Pad. There are total 21 Led Lights on a single Light Pad which brings you a super-bright condition.
Because this is an electric item, we have to make sure there is no error when it arrives at our customers’ hands. We qualify every single one before getting it packed with the triple check method. The surface must be flawless, the charger must be completely safe and all the led lights must be well-functioned.
Only Light Pad which meets all requirements will be packed and sent to our customers at last.
