For the defective and damaged products, you don’t need to return them. We always send the replacement.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After 1-3 working days, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will process a full refund for defective, damaged, or wrong products.

We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Please direct message to us within 24 hours so that we can process cancellation.
Your payment will be credited back to your account once cleared. Paypal will take 1-2 days, for Credits cards will take around 3-5 business days.
We are not able to cancel your order if it has been processed.
